I gave to Mr. Heiner William Paleit-Reilly, called Willy, or sometimes written es Heiner Paleit-Reilly, on Friday 11th August of 2006, EUR 750 in order to buy his car as shown on below pictures. He is obviously cardiac patient, wears the pacemaker, and probably has not permanent residency. I am offering award of EUR 1000 to person giving me enough details that I can convict him by help of the police. We agreed to buy his car Fiat Scudo 1.9 TD and due to limitations on my ATM card, I was giving him from 9th to 11th August, each day EUR 250. He has made receipts to me and I have them as evidence, however, he disappeared from his work on 11th August 2006. He worked in the hostel Foro Italico, Via delle Olimpiadi, and was contracted for 6 months. However, now he disappeared and I found out that he has done that type of fraud in the past as well.

Mr. Heiner William Paleit-Reilly is born on 21st December 1949 in Hamburg, has dual citizenship, one of Irland and one from Germany, and he told me that his last residency was in Viale San Bartolomeo 114, La Spezia, Italy. And his address in France is: 13 rue Georges Clemencau, 52000 Chaumont, France.
